Welcome to the NGIS – NexGlobal Integrated Services ecosystem. By using the merchant client dashboard or creating a commercial account within the platform, you fully and legally agree to all operational, financial, and regulatory systems and policies approved within the ecosystem.
To activate the commercial account, it is required to pass commercial verification and authentication procedures and obtain the approved operational certificates according to the type of commercial activity and the volume of operations. The ecosystem reserves the right to reject or suspend any account in the event of incorrect data, violating activities, suspicions of fraud, or conflict with compliance policies.
The merchant acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their account and all commercial operations, orders, transfers, correspondence, and data associated with it within the system. They are also committed to maintaining the confidentiality of their login data and not granting unauthorized privileges to any external party.
The merchant dashboard allows the management of:
- Public and private orders
- Containers and shipments
- Suppliers and factories
- Invoices and payments
- Financial wallet
- International orders
- Operational reports
- Supplier evaluation
- International auctions
- Tickets and technical support
The ecosystem operates through two systems:
- Public Orders: These are orders executed through approved products, suppliers, and factories within the NGIS platform.
- Private Orders: These include uploading images, links, or specifications of products from global platforms such as Alibaba, 1688, Made in China, etc., so that the system, international shipping companies, and supply offices can search for the appropriate factory or supplier and manage all stages of negotiation, authentication, and shipping.
If the product is already available within the system, the private order is automatically converted into a public order and linked to the standard operational track within the platform.
The merchant acknowledges that the approval of any order is subject to:
- Technical review
- Operational review
- Financial verification
- Approval of the supplier or factory
- Approval of regulatory bodies within the ecosystem
NGIS also reserves the right to modify, stop, or reject any operation in the event of operational, financial, or legal risks.
The merchant is obligated to pay all fees, invoices, and required financial deposits in accordance with the financial system approved within the ecosystem. They also agree that payment and transfer operations are subject to a financial protection and clearing system that ensures the safety of operations and links them to official invoices and authentication and shipping reports.
The merchant is entitled to access international auction systems and NGIS private auctions only after:
- Obtaining the appropriate authentication certificates
- Approval of the commercial activity
- Approval of the regional or international office
- Approval of the supervisory body
The merchant acknowledges that all offers and bids submitted from their account are considered legally, operationally, and financially binding.
Auctions include:
- Used cars
- Heavy machinery
- Company inventory
- Factory inventory
- China and Europe auctions
- US auctions such as IAAI and Copart
The merchant also acknowledges that some assets may be:
- Used
- Subject to technical reports
- Associated with a special operational or legal status
All displayed assets are subject to the approved inspection and authentication systems within the ecosystem.
No company, merchant, supplier, or factory is approved within the ecosystem until after issuing the appropriate authentication and classification certificates. NGIS has the right to suspend or cancel any certificate upon violation of the systems or causing harm to the ecosystem or any party associated with it.
All operations within the system are subject to:
- Electronic monitoring
- Full documentation
- Real-time tracking
- Risk management
- Commercial verification
- International compliance systems
The merchant also agrees to save:
- Invoices
- Contracts
- Conversations
- Auction records
- Inspection reports
- Operational data
Within the cloud systems of the ecosystem for the purposes of protection, auditing, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
In the event of any dispute, it shall be handled exclusively through the internal system of the ecosystem and the official dashboards. The system's records are considered the approved legal and operational reference for all parties.
NGIS reserves the full right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Restrict privileges
- Stop operations
- Blacklist violating entities
- Take necessary legal and operational actions
In the event of proof of:
- Fraud
- Manipulation
- Misuse of the system
- Violation of operational policies
- Harming the ecosystem or its partners
By using the platform, logging in, or creating a commercial account, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to fully comply with them and with all operational, financial, and regulatory systems and policies approved within the NGIS ecosystem.
