Welcome to the NGIS – NexGlobal Integrated Services ecosystem. By using the client dashboard (individual) or creating an account within the platform, you fully and legally agree to all operational policies and systems approved within the ecosystem.

To activate the account, it is required to pass the approved verification and authentication procedures. The ecosystem reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that contains incorrect data or is suspected of violating operational policies or legal systems.

The user acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their account and for all operations, orders, transfers, and data issued through it. They are also committed to maintaining the confidentiality of their login data and not sharing the account with any other party.

The dashboard allows the user to manage orders, track shipments, receive invoices, track payments, use the financial wallet, and communicate with shipping companies and technical support. The platform may not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities, or anything that violates commercial and international systems.

The ecosystem operates through the public orders system dedicated to direct purchasing from approved suppliers and factories within the platform. Private orders, however, are an advanced operational service that is not activated for individual accounts until the account is upgraded via the packages and upgrades system approved within the user's dashboard.

The user acknowledges that the acceptance of an order within the system does not mean its final approval until after operational, commercial, and technical review. Final prices may also change depending on shipping costs, taxes, international variables, or operational requirements.

The user is obligated to pay all required payments and invoices in accordance with the financial system approved within the ecosystem. NGIS also reserves the right to suspend operations, freeze orders, or stop services in the event of financial disputes, operational violations, or suspicious transfers.

The user acknowledges that shipping and delivery dates are estimated and depend on international shipping conditions, ports, customs, and global supply chains. The internal shipping company is the entity responsible for local communication and operational follow-up until final delivery.

The international auction system and NGIS private auctions are available only to approved merchants and companies holding the required authentication and classification certificates. Individual accounts are not permitted to access, participate in auctions, or manage bidding operations within the ecosystem.

The access of companies and merchants to auctions is also subject to:

• Commercial verification
• Approval by the regional or international office
• Approval by the supervisory body
• Issuance of appropriate authentication certificates

All offers and bids submitted by approved accounts are considered legally and operationally binding.

All operations within the platform are subject to electronic documentation and monitoring. The user agrees to keep records of operations, invoices, correspondence, and technical reports, and to use them for protection, auditing, dispute resolution, and legal verification purposes.

In the event of any dispute, it shall be handled exclusively through the internal system of the ecosystem and the user's dashboard. The platform's records are considered the official approved reference for arbitration and decision-making.

NGIS reserves the full right to suspend, restrict, or close any account proven to be involved in fraud, misuse of the system, violation of operational policies, or causing harm to the ecosystem or any party associated with it.

By using the platform, creating an account, or logging in, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to fully comply with them and with all systems and policies associated with the NGIS ecosystem.
